Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


During periods of high demand, sales events, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly delayed. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while ensuring quality control and accurate packaging.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location, carrier availability, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

  • Australia: 6–15 business days
  • United States: 7–18 business days
  • Canada: 7–20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–15 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside of our control.


Tracking Information


Tracking information is provided for most orders. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Please allow 2–7 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation. In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed while the package is in transit between shipping facilities.


If your tracking information appears inactive for a short period, this does not necessarily mean the package is lost.


Multiple Shipments


Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or shipping carrier limitations. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and delivered on different dates.


You may receive separate tracking numbers for different items within the same order.


Customs, Duties & Taxes


International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their local government or customs authority.


Cosmic Cart is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid import fees.


Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information and local import requirements are accurate before placing an order.


Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment.


Cosmic Cart is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted during checkout.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages


While we work with trusted shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier issues, high shipping volumes, or other external circumstances.


Cosmic Cart is not liable for:

  • customs delays
  • stolen packages marked as delivered
  • delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses
  • failed delivery attempts


If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.


Delivery Issues


If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Wait 24–48 hours for final delivery updates


In some cases, carriers may mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive.

Order Changes & Cancellations
